Il pennello Liner/Chisel Fluff è un pennello per ombretti a doppia estremità. Da un lato presenta un pennello sintetico angolato per eyeliner, ideale per definire le sopracciglia o creare una riga di eyeliner allungata. Dall'altro lato c'è un pennello molto morbido per sfumare. Utilizzalo per applicare quantità leggere di prodotto sulla palpebra e per sfumare fino all'arcata sopraccigliare.
