The Deluxe Angle Definer brush is a very small and compact angle liner brush. This brush can be used to apply liner to the top and bottom lash line as well to create dramatic winged eyeliner looks. This brush is also suitable for use in the brow with powders, pomades, and gels to help sculpt and define eyebrows.
