Description
The Liner/Chisel Fluff is a double sided eyeshadow brush. On one end is a synthetic angled liner brush that can be used in the brows to add definition or in the lashline to create winged liner. On the other end is a very soft blending brush. Use to apply sheer amounts of product to the lid as well as to blend out into brow bone.
