Chubby Eye Pencil Blue Steel CEC12

That blue steel shade is seriously pigmented — one swipe across the lid and I'm done in under a minute. It's creamy enough to blend out as a shadow but sets well enough to skip a separate liner.

I keep this in my work bag and it does triple duty—smudge it as liner in the morning, pat it over lids for a quick wash of color, and it even holds my shadow in place through a sweaty commute. The creamy glide means no tugging on my eyelids, which is more than I can say for most pencils I've tried.
