The auburn shade matches my hair way better than the reddish-brown pencils I used to buy, and it doesn't pull orange in daylight. I fill in the sparse spots in the morning and it's still there after a full workday.
The twist-up mechanism means no sharpening mess, which I really appreciate on busy mornings. The pigmentation is strong enough that I only need a few light strokes to fill in sparse spots, though I do have to go easy or it gets too dark fast.
